What is the cheapest home internet in the Philippines?
Converge Surf2Sawa is the cheapest way to get connected: ₱50 buys one day of unlimited prepaid fiber at up to 50 Mbps, with no contract and no monthly commitment. For a full month, its ₱700 30-day load works out cheapest among the plans we track, ahead of Converge BIDA Fiber at ₱888 per month.

Surf2Sawa is prepaid fiber — you load it the way you load a phone, rather than signing up for a monthly bill. That makes it unusually flexible and unusually cheap at the entry point.

Reading the Surf2Sawa ladder correctly
Surf2Sawa is a set of tiers, not one price. SUPERFIBER runs ₱50 for 1 day, ₱200 for 7 days, ₱380 for 15 days, and ₱700 for 30 days, all at up to 50 Mbps. A separate EXTRABOOST ladder doubles the speed cap to 100 Mbps at higher prices. Quoting the ₱700 tier as "the price of Surf2Sawa" — as many comparisons do, and as this site previously did — makes it look far more expensive than it is.
Cheapest is not the same as best value
Per month, the ₱700 30-day load and Converge BIDA Fiber at ₱888 are close, but BIDA is only 35 Mbps against Surf2Sawa's 50 Mbps. On the other hand, if you buy short loads repeatedly the daily rate is much worse than the monthly one — ₱50 a day is ₱1,500 a month.
