Which fiber providers serve my province in the Philippines?
PLDT, Globe, Converge, and Sky are all reported to sell fiber across Metro Manila and the provinces of Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Bulacan, Pampanga, and Cebu. Presence in a province does not mean coverage of every municipality within it — confirm your exact address with each provider.

Provincial presence is the level at which reliable public data exists. It is useful for working out who to approach, and misleading if read as a guarantee.
Where the four major providers are reported to operate
- Metro Manila (NCR) — all four, with the densest coverage in the country.
- Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal — all four reported, coverage strongest in urbanised municipalities.
- Bulacan and Pampanga — all four reported across Central Luzon.
- Cebu — all four reported; Cebu City is a major hub.
The honest caveat
A province is a large area containing cities, towns, and rural barangays with very different infrastructure. Saying "Converge serves Batangas" is true and tells you almost nothing about a particular rural address in Batangas. Coverage thins quickly outside urbanised municipalities.
Sky is a partial exception worth knowing about: it runs on Converge infrastructure and its own footprint is concentrated in Metro Manila and key urban areas rather than matching Converge's provincial reach.
